The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” continued on Thursday, Jan. 31, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Providing insight into the topic of “Probate Court” were (left to right) Oakland County Probate Register Jill Koney Daly and Michael J. Hughes of Booth Patterson PC in Waterford.
“Today’s seminar is an introduction to practice for the Probate Court,” Hughes noted. “We’re going to talk about guardianships, conservatorships, decedent estates, and give some basic tips about how to navigate your way through the Oakland County Probate Court.”
