Miller Canfield hosted a Before the Bell Breakfast Forum on “The Jobs Act” on Thursday, Feb. 28, at The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.

“The seminar today is essentially to go through current status and some of the proposed changes that would be effective to 33 Act with regard to the Jobs Act signed into law in 2012 by President Obama, specifically with intention to propose changes to Regulation D and the new crowd funding provisions intended to assist investors and capital raising companies in their early capital raising efforts,” LaBine explained.
