The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, along with The Rutter Group and Thomson Reuters presented a seminar titled “Getting In and Out of Federal Court—New Rules, New Solutions” on Thursday, June 20, at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
“This is our annual continuing legal education program on cutting edge issues in federal civil procedure and evidence law,” U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gerald E. Rosen, Eastern District of Michigan, noted.
