The RISE Committee of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, hosted a Ping Pong Tournament on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Drive Table Tennis Social Club in Detroit.
Among the participants were (left to right) Jonathan Karmo, law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Avern Cohn; Erin Behler of Nemeth Burwell PC; and U.S. District Court Judge George Steeh.
The Rise Committee is the FBA’s newest committee.
“We’re about integrating new lawyers with federal law clerks and judges—and into the Federal Bar Association in general—and this is our first event,” Behler said.
