Attorneys to discuss new recruitment and hiring requirements

 Significant changes in the hiring landscape are on the horizon for 21st Century employers. Butzel Long labor and employment attorneys will discuss new legal requirements regarding recruitment, hiring and related issues during a breakfast briefing from 8 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, at Automation Alley located at 2675 Bellingham Drive in Troy.  

During the program, Butzel Long attorneys also will discuss best practices for conducting social media, criminal, and credit background checks based on guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); and innovative hiring techniques to help find and retain talent.
