The Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers will host its 19th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade Brunch, preceding the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, on Sunday, March 15, at Mario’s Restaurant. Doors open at 10 a.m. with brunch to be served from 10:30 to noon and program to begin about 10:15 a.m. Mario’s Restaurant is located at 4222 Second Avenue in Detroit. A special brunch menu will be presented complete with top-notch cuisine from one of Detroit’s premier restaurants and drink specials.
The event will feature music for a sing-a-long presented by Cahill & Murphy as well as commentary from co-MCs Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Mike Riordan and former State Sen. Bruce Patterson.
A return must-see to this year’s entertainment program will be the expected appearances from the Maid of Erin and the parade grand marshal. Audience participation will factor heavily into our program. The annual raffle for the scholarship fund will feature some great prizes.
Reservations—priced at $25 per person for ISIAL members, $30 for ISIAL non-member guests, $10 for those children 12 years old and under, and $20 for law student ISIAL members—will go fast and must purchased in advance by Friday, March 13. ?After the deadline, all adult brunches will be $35 at the door without a reservation and pre-payment.
