The Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM) conducted its Advanced Criminal Defense Practice Conference during March 12-14 at the Troy Marriott. On Friday, March 13, CDAM hosted its Annual Awards Banquet & Auction. During the event, M. Jon Posner (left) of Mogill, Posner, & Cohen, and James Feinberg (center) of James L. Feinberg & Associates were recognized as Right To Counsel award honorees. Among those congratulating the two was State Bar of Michigan President Thomas Rombach (right). Formed in 1976 by criminal defense attorneys from across the state, CDAM provides an educational resource sharing forum for Michigan practitioners. A primary goal of the organization is to enhance the quality of representation of indigent defendants.
