Vistage Michigan (www.VistageMichigan.com) is hosting a special breakfast event for CEOs, presidents and business owners on Tuesday, Apr. 21, at the Southfield Westin, located at 1500 Town Center. The event, designed for CEOs, presidents and business owners who lead companies in metro Detroit, takes place from 7 to 10:30 a.m.

Lott is one of the most experienced personnel law thought leaders in the country, having made more than 4,000 presentations on the legal aspects of employment practices. He also is author of “Please Sue Me: The Guide to Safe Hiring and Firing Practices for the Frontline Supervisor with a Short Attention Span.”
When he is not on the speaking circuit, Lott is a partner at HCap International, an Overland, Kan.-based firm that helps organizations maximize efficiency, time and profits through enhanced employee attraction and retention, customer relations, company leadership, culture and processes.
