The Detroit Chapter of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) presented a panel discussion on the topic of “Technology Assisted Review” on Thursday, May 7, at the offices of Kelly Services in Troy. The panelists included (left to right) Warner, Norcross, & Judd LLP Partner Jay Yelton and Constantine Pappas from kCura. They discussed the growing acceptance in the courts of technology assisted review (TAR) along with when and how to determine when TAR is appropriate for a case. They also addressed some common technical questions regarding TAR.
