The Criminal Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association continued its Anatomy of a Criminal Case—Year XVII brown bag lunch lecture series with a look at “Understanding the New Probable Cause Conference” featuring Mitch Foster of Mitch Foster Law on Tuesday, June 16, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Foster has been practicing law since 1992. He has developed a specialty in the area of criminal defense and drunk driving defense. In 2004 he founded Mitch Foster Law, a firm dedicated to defending the rights of the accused.
