The Criminal Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association continued its Anatomy of a Criminal Case—Year XVII brown bag lunch lecture series with a look at the “Ins and Outs of Criminal Appeals” featuring (left to right) Melissa Krauskopf and Cecilia Quirindongo of K and Q Law PLLC on Tuesday, July 21, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. The duo discussed what trial attorneys need to know about an appellate practice and what they need to preserve for issues along with what things are important to preserve.
