The Oakland County Bar Association’s Circuit Court Committee presented “Counseling Your Client Through Litigation” on Tuesday, October 13, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Speaking at the program were (left to right) Jonathan B. Frank of Jackier Gould PC and John A. Hubbard of Hubbard, Snitchler, Parzianello, &?Fleming PLC. “We’re giving a seminar about counseling clients through litigation so that young lawyers will get some practical advice about how to deal with people that are in a litigation setting—a very stressful setting,” Frank said. “The lawyers have been trained on legal concepts but probably not on the psychology or social aspects of dealing with stressful clients.”
