Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Warren (pictured) was featured by the Macomb County Bar Foundation History Book Club on Thursday, Nov. 5, at the Barnes & Noble in Shelby Twp. Warren spoke about the book “The Writing of Thomas Paine” by Thomas Paine. The history book club focuses on connecting modern day living with history through the exploration of select works of literature with featured speakers. Warren is author of “America’s Survival Guide, How to Stop America’s Impending Suicide by Reclaiming Our First Principles” and co-founder of Patriot Week (www.patriotweek.org).
