The Southeast Michigan Chapter of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association hosted its Holiday Party on Thursday, Dec. 17, at Petruzzello’s in Troy. Among those enjoying some holiday cheer were (front row, left to right) Chris Ervin of Union Home Mortgage Company, Wendy Minter of Northpointe Bank, Kathleen Sterkel of First State Bank, Jonathan Tallinger of Class Appraisal Inc., Dink Card of Continuity Programs Inc., Sheila Turner of Cislo Title Company, and Mike Fontana of Guaranteed Rate Inc.; along with (back row, left to right) Paula Rosneck of Essent Guaranty Inc., Karen Bondar of United Guaranty Residential Insurance Co., and Roy Sexton of Trott Law. Proceeds from the evening went to The Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund.
