FLINT (AP) - A Flint man who authorities say threatened to kill three lawmakers from Michigan in 2012 has entered a plea agreement in the case.
The Flint Journal reports Randall Dellinger pleaded guilty last week to one count of interstate communication of a threat after he called then-US. Sen. Carl Levin's office in from his home in Flint and threatened to injure the senator. Sentencing is scheduled May 3.
In 2013, Dellinger was ruled incompetent to stand trial following a review by a psychologist. He has since received mental health treatment.
The FBI has said that threatening calls were made in June 2012 to offices of Levin and U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow and Dellinger's then-Congressman Dale Kildee.
The alleged calls to Kildee and Stabenow's offices weren't included in the plea agreement.
