The Macomb County Probate Bar Association and Wayne County Probate Bar Association faced off Thursday, Aug. 4, in the annual Pryder Cup golf outing. Among those enjoying the event were (left to right) Amy Brodzik, Larry Vande Vrede, Mike Stavale, Dave Forest, Henry Sachs, retired Wayne County Probate Court Judge Martin Maher, Jim McCann, Michael Colton, Justin Vande Vrede, Rich Mroczka, William Staugaard, Jeff Burns, Macomb County Probate Court Judge Carl Marlinga, Wally Sakowski, Les Braverman and Michael Gemmete. Participating but not pictured: Dave Howard, Ryan Reck, Cecil St. Pierre Jr., Fred Schienke, Wayne County Probate Court Judge Freddie Burton Jr., Jamie Ryke, and Andrew Thav. The competition at Lochmoor Club in Grosse Pointe Woods was close but Macomb won it on the tie breaker and retained the trophy for another year. The format was based on the Ryder Cup competition.
