The Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM) proudly congratulates Tiffany DeBruin on her appointment to the Michigan Community Corrections board. DeBruin was nominated by CDAM for this esteemed role, where she will serve as a criminal defense attorney representative from March 20, 2025, to March 31, 2029.
An active and dedicated member of CDAM, DeBruin serves as faculty for Trial College and A is For Attorney. She is the owner of DeBruin Law, PLLC in East Lansing, Michigan, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Malone University and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.

The Michigan Community Corrections Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Director of the Michigan Department of Corrections. The board is responsible for approving various components of community corrections programs, including goals, eligibility criteria, program guidelines, standards, policies, application procedures, funding processes, and evaluation criteria.

DeBruin's appointment is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate.
