Two attorneys from the Ann Arbor office of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP have been recognized as "key individuals" in the 2012 Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
Barbara Kaye and David Parsigian are among the 24 Honigman attorneys in the state to be honored for their work in corporate/mergers & acquisitions.
For another consecutive year, Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is the only Michigan law firm to receive Chambers' highest ranking for its corporate/mergers & acquisitions and real estate practices. Honigman also received the highest ranking for its litigation practice.
Chambers uses a team of 100 researchers to conduct thousands of interviews with lawyers and their clients worldwide, selecting sources on the basis of submissions put forward by legal practices, interviews during the course of research, and database resources.
Regarding Honigman's Corporate/M&A practice, Chambers noted: "This exceptional group has an extensive national practice and a breadth of experience covering both private equity and transactional matters."
Headquartered in Detroit with offices in Lansing, Oakland County, Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo, Honigman is a leading business law firm.
