Pet Pals
Attorney Lisa Hagan, who serves on the board of directors for the Humane Society of Livingston County, is pictured with her two canine pals: Kona, a mix who was adopted from a local rescue organization, and Albert, a yellow Labrador, at the HSLC "Santa Paws" event.
A principal at Miller Canfield in Ann Arbor, Hagan focuses on public finance transactions of all types. A graduate of Michigan State University and MSU College of Law, with an LL.M Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, she frequently serves as bond counsel to various state authorities, such as the Michigan Finance Authority, the Michigan Strategic Fund, the Michigan Department of Transportation and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
