Suzanne Fanning opens new law practice in Ann Arbor

 Ann Arbor attorney Suzanne R. Fanning recently opened her own practice, Suzanne R. Fanning PLLC, at 106 North 4th Avenue, Ann Arbor MI 48104.

Fanning focuses her practice in the areas of probate and trust litigation and administration, guardianships and conservatorships, fiduciary issues, trust and estate planning, capacity and undue influence cases and elder financial abuse; and also acts as an independent trustee, conservator and guardian. She is also routinely appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem by the Washtenaw County Probate Court.
A member of the Washtenaw County Bar Association since 1996, Fanning served as co-chair of the WCBA Probate and Estate Section 2012 to 2013 and 2013 to 2014.
A British native, Fanning received her BA with honors in political history from the University of Bristol, England, in 1991 and her J.D. from Wayne State University in 1996.
Prior to opening her own practice, Fanning was a probate and estate planning attorney with the law firm of Garan Lucow Miller PC in Ann Arbor.
