A retirement party for Judge Richard Conlin was held Nov. 24 at Conor O’Neill’s in Ann Arbor. Conlin was appointed to the 14A District Court Bench in Washtenaw County by Gov. John Engler in 1995, and was Chief Judge of the 14A District Courts and presiding judge at 14A-3 Chelsea District Court; and also heard cases at the 14A-1 Ann Arbor District Court in Washtenaw County.
