The hallway outside the courtroom of Macomb County Circuit Court Chief Judge Mark Switalski was packed recently for those waiting to attend he new lawyer admission ceremony. Sixteen recent law school graduates who passed the February bar exam and have ties to Macomb County participated in the event with many bringing friends and family members to witness the occasion. Among those being sworn in to practice law in Michigan was (fourth from right) Candace Penkala.
