Man sentenced in roller skating rink shooting
PONTIAC (AP) -- One of three men accused of firing on a group of nearly 300 people at a pre-Christmas roller-skating party has been sentenced to 21 to 70 years in prison.
Tre-Andis Jamison of Pontiac was sentenced Wednesday in Oakland County Circuit Court. Judge James Alexander said the 21-year-old participated in a "cowardly act" that wounded six people. Jamison was convicted Aug. 7 on multiple charges connected to the Dec. 23 shooting at the Rolladium Skating Center in Waterford Township.
Nineteen-year-old Robert Lee German of Pontiac faces possible life in prison on charges including six counts each of assault with intent to murder. He faces a pre-exam conference Monday.
Eighteen-year-old Cheyenne Ingram faces more than a dozen counts, including conspiracy to commit murder. He'll be sentenced Sept. 12.
