Eighth Annual State of the Law Update presented May 15
The Michigan Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and the Detroit office of Foley & Lardner LLP will host its eighth annual State of the Law Update on Wednesday, May 15, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Schoolcraft College's VisTaTech Center. The annual event serves as an update designed to bring in-house counsel up to speed on topics affecting their daily practice.
Topics covered at the event include:
* State of the Law Updates in Corporate, Commercial/Contract and Labor and Employment Law.
* Technology Contracts: Strategies for Success.
* eDiscovery: Technology-Assisted Review.
* Social Media: Employment Law Issues.
All attendees must be ACC members or eligible for ACC membership. The cost of attendance is $35 for ACC members and $55 for non-members.
Foley will apply for CLE credit after the program, where applicable.
