The National Business Institute presented a “Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy: Line-by-Line Workshop” on Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southfield.
Among the speakers was Troy attorney Richard Fellrath (pictured) who spoke on the chapters of the Bankruptcy Court, the code, the initial interview, and filling in the required forms line-by-line.
