Firm hosts supplier webinar on GM's new terms and conditions
Warner, Norcross, & Judd LLP will host a webinar for automotive suppliers on "The New GM Terms & Conditions" on Wednesday, Nov. 20.
The free webinar will provide suppliers with a detailed overview of the new terms and conditions handed down earlier this year by General Motors. The automaker has made significant changes to how it plans to purchase direct material, tooling and batteries known as CCA.
Presenters include:
* Thomas J. Manganello, chair of the firm's Automotive Industry Group.
* Jennifer M. Dudley, a business attorney who works extensively with suppliers on contracts and commercial loans.
* Jeena S. Patel, a litigator who focuses her practice in supplier and commercial contract disputes.
"The response from the supplier community to these changes has been deafening," Manganello said. "Our team will provide a breakdown of the most significant changes and how they interact with each. Attendees will have the chance to get practical feedback from our automotive attorneys on what they changes mean for their businesses."
The webinar will be conducted from noon to 1 p.m. on Nov. 20. Advance registration is required. To register, visit wnj.com/webinar-gm-tc.
