Courts to conduct public satisfaction survey
The State Court Administrative Office has directed all Michigan trial courts to administer a public satisfaction survey. The survey is one of several measures intended to gauge the performance of Michigan's courts. The data collected from the survey will be published on the Supreme Court's website. All persons who conduct court business or observe court proceedings are invited to participate.
The Circuit and Probate Courts in Oakland County will administer their survey on Monday, Sept. 22, through Wednesday, Sept. 24, in the lobbies of the Courthouse and the Friend of the Court building. The surveys are anonymous and will take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. Please stop before leaving and complete a survey if you have occasion to be in the Courthouse or Friend of the Court building on the dates referenced above.
