ABA launches concentrated CLE webinar on project management

The American Bar Association is introducing its inaugural Legal Project Management Training Boot Camp, an intense four-day continuing legal education series focusing on project management techniques and process improvement methodologies. This comprehensive series will run from Jan. 26 through Jan. 29, with each 90-minute session beginning at 1 p.m. EST. The recorded series will also be available afterward on ShopABA.org. The Boot Camp series is geared to a wide range of legal professionals, including sole practitioners who hope to gain a competitive advantage, managing partners of large law firms wanting to deliver increased value to clients and in-house counsel operating under a mandate to cut costs and increase productivity. Legal administrators and paralegals who provide critical legal support or services will also find the sessions particularly helpful. While each of the four sessions is a stand-alone program, together they explore the latest project management techniques and processes involved from first engaging with clients to completing and evaluating representation.
