Clemons portrayed Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., along with Dave LaRowe, Miriam Dorsey, Don Tassi, Naomi Clark and Delia Johnson, all members of the Jackson Area Civil Rights Awareness Association, as well as Greg Hardrick, Save Our Youth vice chairman of the board and several other community members and students. Ed Peterson played harmonica while Dave LaRowe, Valerie Toop and Don Tassie performed as the "Be More Kind" trio.
