Police officer to receive leadership award April 9

The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business After Hours - Leadership Jackson graduation sponsored by South Central Michigan Works!, 5 to 7 p.m, Thursday, April 9, at the Michigan Theatre,124 N. Mechanic St. Lt. Christopher Simpson of the Jackson Police Department will receive the Pat Carlton Community Leadership Award.

Cash bar, cake and concessions will be available. The event is free for Chamber members, $10 for visitors.
