Fraser residents can get Macomb County deeds, foreclosure counseling and other services, such as birth and death records or concealed pistol license applications, if they visit the Fraser Public Library today.
Macomb County Clerk/Register of Deeds Carmella Sabaugh will provide mobile office services at the library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sabaugh is partnering with MSU Extension to bring county services closer to county residents.
The library is located at 16330 14 Mile Road.
Macomb County’s MSU Extension (MSUE) office will send a MSHDA-certified housing counselor to answer foreclosure questions and provide the required paperwork so county residents can get foreclosure counseling help.
Additionally, Macomb County residents behind in property taxes can receive assistance in applying for the Step Forward Michigan program.
