Fraser Trebilcock announces 2016 Board of Directors

The Shareholders of Fraser Trebilcock, one of Michigan's longest-established full-service law firms, with offices in Lansing, Detroit, and Grand Rapids, have re-elected Michael P. Donnelly to serve his third year as President. An alumnus of Michigan State University and the University of Detroit School of Law, Donnelly is a seasoned trial attorney who represents a wide variety of clients in complex commercial litigation matters. From Fortune 500 companies to small Michigan start-ups, he handles matters ranging from major insurance fraud to intellectual property disputes. He also represents companies and associations in antitrust and consumer protection matters. Donnelly, who splits his time between Lansing and Detroit, is the Managing Partner of the Detroit office. The other officers elected for 2016 include Brian P. Morley and H. Kirby Albright as vice presidents, Elizabeth H. Latchana as treasurer, and Thomas J. Waters as secretary. A former police officer, Morley is an alumnus of Michigan State University and MSU College of Law whose primary areas of practice address Criminal Law as well as Family Law. He currently serves on the State Bar of Michigan Character and Fitness Standing Committee. Albright is an alumnus of MSU and WMU-Cooley Law School. He has amassed a wide range of litigation experience over the last 30 years, including successful representation of clients on both sides of eminent domain law. Latchana, who specializes in employee health and welfare benefits, is an alumna of Alma College and the University of Notre Dame Law School. Waters, a graduate of Marquette University and the University of Notre Dame Law School, leads the firm's Environmental Law practice. In further news, Brian T. Gallagher, who focuses his legal practice on ERISA and the Tax Code, has been elected as Shareholder. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and MSU College of Law.
