Foster Swift Collins & Smith elected its officers for the 2016 executive committee, including several from the Lansing office.
Michael Sanders from the Lansing office was re-elected as president and will chair the Executive Committee. He devotes his law practice to the defense of employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters.
James Jensen was re-elected as vice president for Lansing. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of business entity selection, organization and planning, business succession planning, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, taxation and tax planning.
James Doezma was elected vice president for the West Michigan office. Brian Renaud was elected as vice president for the Southeast Michigan office.
Mason native Benjamin Price from the Lansing office was elected as treasurer.
Scott Chernich, a shareholder in the Lansing office, will serve as secretary.
