On Wednesday, March 30, Oakland County Board of Commissioners Chairman Michael J. Gingell (left) and Oakland County Commissioner Thomas F. Middleton (right) presented a proclamation honoring Ty Poll (center) for achieving the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout during the board meeting at the Commissioners’ Auditorium in Pontiac. For his Eagle Scout service project, Poll built a wheel chair accessible ramp.
