Starting a business

Butzel Long attorneys (left to right) Laura Johnson, Beth Gotthelf, and Suzanne Miller spoke at “Lunch and Launch: Starting a Business? Protect Yourself and Still Win” on Tuesday, May 10, at the Macomb-OU INCubator at Velocity Collaboration Center in Sterling Heights.  Gotthelf noted that program would provide answers to such questions as “What form of entity should I use and what are the tax considerations of those entities?”; “What happens when my partner and I disagree or something happens to one of us?”; and “What sort of contracts should I enter into?”
