The American Bar Association has unveiled a range of new insurance products available to its more than 400,000 members and their families. Included among the nine products provided through USI Affinity are two types of term life insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, travel insurance, long-term care insurance, pet insurance and student loan refinancing plans.
ABA President Linda Klein said ABA Insurance, a new member benefit, is designed to provide savings that may cover, or even exceed, the cost of ABA membership.
“The ABA has a long history of leveraging our group buying power to provide valuable members benefits, and we are delighted to add ABA Insurance to our portfolio,” Klein said.
“Our initial insurance products are a great opportunity for members to have or add to existing coverage, and we plan to introduce more insurance opportunities in the coming months.”
USI Affinity specializes in providing insurance, financial and risk management services to members of affinity organizations, such as associations, alumni groups and nonprofits, as well as targeted industry segments.
“USI is honored to partner with the American Bar Association as it launches its new insurance benefits program,” said Douglas Kreitzberg, chief executive officer of USI Affinity.
“We are excited to provide unique insurance benefits and solutions which provide real value to members and look forward to working with the ABA to protect America's lawyers and their families.”
