The 8th Annual Barristers Night will be held 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, March 23 at the University Club of Michigan State University, 3435 Forest Rd, Lansing, MI 48910.
The event, where hors d’oeuvres will be served, is an opportunity for the Bench and Bar to come together and recognize the recipients of the “Top 5 Under 35” Awards, given annually to five members of the Ingham County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section. Recipients are recognized for their talents, skills, professionalism, and civility in the practice of law.
The Hon. Amy Ronayne Krause from the Michigan Court of Appeals will present the awards to Jacquelyn A. Dupler, Sinas Dramis Brake Boughton & McIntyre PC; Shane W. Hilyard, The Gallagher Law Firm; Christopher S. Patterson, Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC; Kristen Simmons, State of Michigan Office of the Attorney General; and Michael C. Van Huysse, MCV Law PLLC.
