The Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Regions of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, the Wolverine Bar Association and the D. Augustus Straker Bar Association will host the Affinity Charity Challenge on Thursday, March 9, at Local Kitchen & Bar in Ferndale.
The event is scheduled from 5:30-8 pm.; the restaurant is located at 344 W. Nine Mile Rd.
Each participating bar association will invite a judge to “sponsor” a signature cocktail. Attendees will “vote” on the best cocktail with cash tips.
The judge whose cocktail receives the most tips will win the challenge. Each judge’s tips will go to the charity of that respective judge’s choice.
