The Oakland County Bar Association Tax Committee is pleased to host a panel of noted experts who will address tax considerations for attorneys engaged in merger and acquisition transactions. Attendees will learn how to best advise their M&A clients especially in light of the new tax legislation.
“Tax Considerations in Mergers and Acquisitions” takes place on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 5:30 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Association in Bloomfield Hills. Panelists include Michael M. Antovski of Bodman PLC; James H. Combs of Honigman, Miller, Schwartz, and Cohn LLP; and Kurt Piwko of Plante Moran. Evan H. Kaploe of Maddin, Hauser, Roth, & Heller PC will moderate.
Refreshments are being sponsored by the Young Tax Lawyers Committee of the State Bar of Michigan.
