The Oakland County Bar Association Tax Committee will host a panel of experts on Thursday, Jan. 18 who will address tax considerations for attorneys engaged in merger and acquisition transactions.
The program will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Association in Bloomfield Hills.
Panelists include Michael Antovski, Bodman PLC; James Combs, Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP; and Kurt Piwko, CPA, Plante Moran.
Attorney Evan H. Kaploe of Maddin, Hauser, Roth, & Heller, P.C. will moderate.
Pre-registration is recommended since seating is limited. Pre-registration for this seminar ends Jan. 17, however, walk-ins are welcome.
