The Oakland County Bar Association continued its criminal law seminar series on Tuesday, May 15, at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Speaking on “Trial Tactics: Cross-Examining a Snitch” was Jerome Sabbota (pictured) of Ribitwer &?Sabbota LLP. Effective cross-examination is one of the most important trial tactics available to criminal defense attorneys. At the seminar, Sabbota shared his strategies for discrediting “snitches” during trial.
