Real Property Law Section looks at 'Recent Legislation'
The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will continue its Homeward Bound series with a webinar on "Recent Legislation and Hot Topics" on the Horizon" on Thursday, January 27, from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
RPLS Legislative Committee Chair Dawn Patterson, National Underwriting Counsel, will begin with a discussion of new legislation affecting real property that has been passed into law during the last year. Attendees will also hear from the section's lobbyist, Tabitha Zimny, Karoub Associates, who will provide an update on bills that are currently pending in the state legislature. Kevin Hirzel, Hirzel Law, is the program chair.
