NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of four public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission at a scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Communi-ty Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments re-garding the following requests:

1. Stephen Bowyer Jr. and Thomas Goodwin are requesting a zone change for their properties at 2109 & 2123 W. Sherman Blvd., respectively, from C-2 to PUD. This request is being initiated by the City of Norton Shores.

2. 070 NGB HCV, LLC is requesting site plan approval for an industrial building at 1070 & 1130 North Gateway Blvd.

3. Nedeverld Inc, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a land division at 3732 Wickham Dr.

4. Joe Gorbach is requesting a Special Use Permit for a restaurant drive-thru at 2906 Henry St.
