Attorney explores 'Navigating Through E-Discovery Waters'

The Oakland County Bar Association's Circuit Court Committee will present "Navigating Through E-Discovery Waters" as part of its mast Class Series on Thursday, September 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the OCBA offices, 1760 S. Telegraph Road, Ste. 100, in Bloomfield Hills.

This master class will educate lawyers on the rapidly developing rules relating to a party's obligation to preserve relevant electronically stored information (ESI), as well as the rules prescribing remedies for the failure to preserve and produce ESI. Speaking at the program will be Norman Ankers of Foley & Lardner LLP.

Cost to pre-register for the class is $35 for OCBA members; $25 for OCBA Circuit Court Committee members; $25 for OCBA new lawyers, paralegals, and students; and $45 for non-members.
