The Michigan Association for Justice will present an MAJ plaintiff members only “MAJ Employment Event” on Wednesday, September 27, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Lockhart's BBQ in Royal Oak.
Co-moderators for the program are:
• MAJ President Jennifer McManus, Fagan McManus PC, Royal Oak
• MAJ Board Member Heidi Sharp, The Sharp Firm, Clinton Township
• MAJ member Sara Prescott, Salvatore, Prescott, Porter, & Porter PLLC, Northville
Attendees will share their employment best practices and learn from fellow employment attorneys in this collaborative evening forum. The program will cover:
• Client Intake
• Client Management
• Case Management
Attendees will be able to submit sample documents (instructions will be in the confirmation email), either with attribution or anonymously, and everyone will discuss together how to get better organized, prepared, and ready to win for clients.
Document samples to share and discuss can include, but aren’t limited to: retainer agreements, intake questionnaires, reject letters, closing letters, settlement provisions, pocket judgments, etc.
Cost for the seminar is $50 for MAJ plaintiff members.
