Attorney to discuss 'IP Portfolio Development'
The International Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present a webinar on "IP Portfolio Development and Enforcement in Asia" Monday, December 11, from noon to 1 p.m.
The upcoming webinar will feature Thomas Moga, IP counsel and member at Dykema. Moga is appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of U.S. Trade Representative to serve on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Intellectual Property, and he is the only representative on the Committee for the U.S. Automotive Industry. Moga is also a Fulbright Scholar.
