CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a regular scheduling meeting of December 5, 2023, adopted the following amendment:
Ordinance #849 – An Ordinance to amend Chapter 48 of the Code of Ordinances to rezone 4788 Grand Haven from C-2 General Retail to R-2 Single Family Residential.
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Ordinance #848 – An Ordinance to amend Chapter 48 of the Code of Ordinances to rezone 2649 Worden Street from R-1 Single Family Residential to General Office (GO).
The ordinances are available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
