The Women Lawyers Association of Michigan–Washtenaw Region hosted a festive western-themed holiday party at the home of the Hon. Jinan Hamood on Dec. 19. Attendees contributed donations to Mott Children’s Hospital Toy Store. The event also featured the presentation of the prestigious Mary Foster Award to Washtenaw County Chief Public Defender, Delphia Simpson. This annual award recognizes an attorney who exemplifies leadership, talent, and significant contributions to advancing women, serving as an inspiration both within the legal profession and beyond.
