AgeWell Services needs volunteer drivers to deliver Meals on Wheels

AgeWell Services urgently needs volunteer drivers for its Meals on Wheels program to ensure homebound seniors receive meals and wellness checks.

Volunteer drivers are needed for these routes:

Muskegon: Meet at Tanglewood Park, 560 Seminole Rd, Muskegon, MI 49444.

Whitehall/Montague: Meet at SHAWL Apartments, 225 Hall St, Whitehall, MI 49461

Volunteer drivers use their own vehicles.

Delivery Window: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Deliveries are made weekdays in most areas. Deliveries in Holland occur Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Volunteers choose days they are available to deliver or become a fill-in driver.

A mileage reimbursement is available to volunteers.

Drivers may choose to donate their reimbursement to AgeWell Services.

All volunteers are screened through background checks.
