Webinar takes holistic approach
to juvenile justice
Speaking at the webinar will be Lynda McGhee, co-executive director, Michigan Children’s Law Center; Judith New, education advocate, Michigan Children’s Law Center; and LaChetta Johnson, foster care worker and executive director, House of Kadence.
The speakers will discuss:
• The concept of creating a collaborative model to address children’s needs.
• Building a holistic team that provides tailored assistance from various professionals.
• Empowering children to thrive by providing the resources they need welfare professionals.
The intended audience includes juvenile justice county implementation team members, judges, court administrators, juvenile probation officers and caseworkers, courts, law enforcement, school personnel, attorneys, social service providers, other juvenile justice stakeholders, and child welfare professionals.
